Certifiaction Fee
  • If you are applying for ZED, WHO - GMP, Hallmark and other national/international quality certification policy will offer financial support in the form of re-imbursement of certification fee.
  • Micro Enterprise 75% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Small Enterprise 50% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Medium Enterprise 25% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
Testing Equipment
  • Setting up of the laboratory along with the cost of procurement of testing equipment and cost of calibration
  • Micro Enterprise 75% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Small Enterprise 50% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Medium Enterprise 25% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
IT System Infra Setup
  • Cost of IT System acquisition
  • Micro Enterprise 75% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Small Enterprise 50% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Medium Enterprise 25% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
Qualification And Professional Training
  • Cost of qualification and mandatory professional training of an employee
  • Micro Enterprise 75% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Small Enterprise 50% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
  • Medium Enterprise 25% of total cost (Maximum financial limit Rs. 5 lakh)
Patent And GI Tags
  • Reimbursement of 75% (maximum Rs 10 lakh) of the cost of documentation for national/international patents and Geographical Indication (GI) registry would be done. Process patent would also be eligible for this financial support. In relation to the attorney fee for filing patents/geographical indication application, the maximum reimbursement would be Rs 50,000 (national application) and Rs 2,00,000 (international application). This support would be given only after the grant of patent or geographical indication tag.
ERP and ICT Solutions
  • The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises would be given financial support in the form of reimbursement for the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other ICT platforms and facilities. For installing the ERP systems approved by the Directorate of Industries and Enterprises Promotion, Uttar Pradesh, support of 75 percent of the capital expenditure (maximum Rs 01 lakh) would be provided. For implementing the ICT facilities, a support of 75 percent of the capital expenditure (maximum Rs 5 lakh) would be provided.

  • Subsidy of 25% of the project cost will be reimbursed, for developing an Quality Certification Labs subject to maximum of INR 2.5 Crores per unit.

  • Subsidy of 25% of the project cost will be reimbursed, for developing an In-house Testing laboratory subject to maximum of INR 2.5 Crores per unit.
Qualification And Professional Training
  • Subsidy of 25% of the project cost will be reimbursed, for developing an In-house training facility subject to maximum of INR 2.5 Crores per unit.

  • For Storage facilities, Dry Port, Logistics Park: Skill Development subsidy shall be provided as reimbursement of stipend @INR 1000 per trainee per month for 6months up to maximum 50trainees per annum for 5years per project

UP Dairy Development and Milk Products Promotion Policy-2022

Certifiaction Fee
  • A subsidy of maximum Rs. 5.00 lakh. will be reimbursed as under the Uttar Pradesh Dairy Development and Milk Products Promotion Policy-2022, for the purpose of grading and standardizing the products of the milk processing-based units and cattle feed manufacturing units related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) for Internationally acceptable quality/environmental certification and accreditation such as ISO-14001, ISO 22000, HACCP and Sanitary/Phytosanitary certification etc. (50% against the fees and testing charges actually paid).

  • Under the Uttar Pradesh Dairy Development and Milk Products Promotion Policy-2022, organizations such as Milk Processing and Milk Products Manufacturing Unit, cattle Feeds and cattle Nutritional Products Manufacturing Unit, Milk Processing Unit under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will be provided a one-time subsidy of 75 percent of the fees paid to the institutions, a maximum of Rs. 5.0 lakh subsidy reimbursement towards registration of patents/designs

  • For Promote manufacturing : Quality certification charges reimbursement shall be provided one time at the rate of 50% of fees paid for obtaining certification up to max INR 10 lakhs per unit to Large and MSME EV/ Battery projects

  • For Promote manufacturing : Patent registration fees reimbursement shall be provided one time at the rate of 75% of cost/expenditure incurred upto maximum INR 50000 for acquiring domestic patent and upto INR 2 lakh for acquiring international patent to Large and MSME EV/ Battery projects

  • Standalone R&D Centre- The Government will reimburse 25% of the cost of setting- up such Standalone R&D Centre subject to a maximum of ₹10 Crore
