Stamp Duty
- 100% (1st transaction).
- Land conversion and development charges: 100% exemption.
- Construction permitted in notified industrial areas.
- Allotment of Government Land:Allotment based on prevailing District Level Committee (DLC) rate.
- Land allotted cannot be used for any other purpose for at least 30 years.
- Government Land Allotment Structure:Budget Hotels (1, 2, 3 Star / Hotels) Minimum Land Area 1200 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 5000 sqm.
- Hotels / Wellness Centres / Eco-tourism Stays (4 Star & Premium) Minimum Land Area 6000 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 15000 sqm.
- Resorts/Theme Parks Minimum Land Area 18000 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 50000 sqm.
- Other Tourism Units–As per requirement/availability
Land Cost
- Land purchased (only the eligible portion) can be included in Eligible Capital Investment (ECI).
- PPP projects are eligible for incentives.
Financial Assistance

Interest Subsidy
- 5% for 5 years on bank loan up to ₹5 crore.
- A unit can apply for either capital subsidy or interest subsidy (except Heritage Hotels, which can avail both)
- One-time assistance of 25% for ICT equipment purchase.
- 25% subsidy for promotional content using AI, technology, or metaverse.
- Financial assistance for introduction of ICT in tourism.
- Revival of scarce art & culture: ₹5 lakh grant per individual/group.
- Support for MICE: 50% reimbursement on cost of international conferences.

- Employment Generation Subsidy: 100% reimbursement of EPF expenditure for 5 years.
- Specially-abled friendly units: Payroll assistance of ₹1500 per worker per month.
- Assistance for YUVA Tourism: One-time grant of ₹10,000 to youth clubs in govt.
- Institutes : State Tourism Awards: Up to ₹1 lakh to tourism units.
- Assistance for research in travel/hospitality: Support to 5 projects from recognized bodies.

- 75% reimbursement of cost of conducting an energy audit.

Infrastructure Subsidy
- Capital Investment Subsidy : based on ECI slab: ₹10 lakh – ₹10 crore → 25% subsidy, ceiling ₹2 crore.
- Up to ₹50 crore → 20% subsidy, ceiling ₹7.5 crore.
- Up to ₹200 crore → 15% subsidy, ceiling ₹20 crore.
- Up to ₹500 crore → 10% subsidy, ceiling ₹25 crore.
- Above ₹500 crore → 10% subsidy, ceiling ₹40 crore.
- Additional 5% subsidy for: Unserved destinations (Tier-2 or lower cities).
- Women entrepreneurs.
- SC/ST/Backward Classes.
- Focus Tourism Destinations.
- Total incentives in all categories capped at 30%.Heritage Hotels (Special Incentives):25% subsidy on capital cost without altering architecture.
- Self-expenditure & loan treated as ECI.
- 5% interest subsidy for 5 years on loan up to ₹5 crore.
- 100% stamp duty & land use conversion exemption.
- 50% reimbursement on first-year excise license fee.
