Stamp Duty
- 100% on first transaction.
- 50% on second transaction. Applicable to both parks & units
Land Cost
- 25% on prevailing sector rates in Madhyanchal & Paschimanchal.
- 50% on prevailing sector rates in Bundelkhand & Poorvanchal.
- Up to a maximum of ₹75 Crores (to both parks & units)
Financial Assistance

Capital Subsidy
- 7% of FCI (excluding land & building).
- Up to ₹10 Crores.
- To be paid over 10 years
Interest Subsidy
- 60% of annual interest.
- For 7 years.
- Maximum ₹50 Crores per park

Infrastructure Subsidy
- Dual Power Grid Supply : Available to first 3 DC parks in the state.
- Energy Department bears the cost of second grid.
- For units – available on demand at applicable charges.
- Transmission & Wheeling Charges Exemption :
- For 25 years :50% exemption on intrastate sale of power.
- 100% exemption for intrastate transmission system.
- 5 years exemption on import of energy from outside UP.
- Applicable to both parks & units
