Capital Subsidy

Exhibitions/Events/Brand Promotion
- Marketing Development Assistance (MDA) Scheme:
- Overall Cap: ₹25 lakh per exporter per year
- Eligible Activities & Assistance:
- 1. Participation in Foreign Fairs / Exhibitions:
- 75% of stall charges (max ₹3.25 lakh)
- 75% of airfare (max ₹1.25 lakh for one person)
- Maximum 3 fairs per year
- 2. Participation in Domestic Events of International Scale:
- 75% of stall charges (max ₹75,000)
- 75% of airfare (max ₹30,000 for one person)
- Maximum 3 events per year
- 3. Virtual International Trade Fairs:
- 75% of expenditure (max ₹25,000 per fair)
- Maximum 4 fairs per year
- 4. Publicity & Promotion:
- 75% reimbursement up to ₹1 lakh per year

- 5. Sending Samples to Foreign Buyers:

- Eligible entities: Export Promotion Councils / Trade Promotion Bodies
- Minimum 20 exporting units
- 75% of expenses up to ₹3 crore
- 7. Organising International Trade Fairs in India:
- Minimum 30 exporting units
- 75% of expenses up to ₹1 crore
- 8. Organising Virtual Trade Fairs:
- Minimum 100 MSME/handicraft units (≥50% exporters)
- Buyers ≥ 3× sellers; 75% buyers must be foreign
- 75% of expenses up to ₹25 lakh
- 9. E-commerce Onboarding Assistance:
- One-time incentive:
- 75% of first-year international e-commerce platform fees
- Eligible fees include registration, seller fees, logistics, warehousing, subscriptions, etc.
- Maximum assistance: ₹3 lakh per exporter (one year only)
