My name is Kanika Pankhiya, a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (May 24) with a post graduation degree in commerce from the DDUGU. I have gained significant experience in both direct/indirect taxation as well as financial accounting. At Anurag Jain & Co. I managed over 50 tax returns, assessments, and financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy. My roles at the firm involved filing 200+ tax returns, conducting 50+ audits, and managing tax assessments for entities with revenues ranging from 75 lakhs to 10 crores, providing me with a solid foundation in handling diverse financial challenges. I have demonstrated leadership by managing a team of tax professionals and optimizing operational efficiency. I possess strong analytical skills, am proficient in various accounting software like Tally Prime and MS excel. Now at UPICON, I extensively work towards working in various MSME policies with entrepreneurs and numerous other stakeholders providing advisory service. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to drive financial excellence and contribute decisively to organizational success.
