Acknowledgement within 72 Hours under UPMSME Act 2020
Under
the UP MSME Act 2020, businesses applying for registration or seeking
recognition as Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Uttar Pradesh are
entitled to receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours of submission. This
provision ensures a streamlined process for registration, enhancing
transparency and efficiency in the support offered to MSMEs.
Objective
- Now approval for setting up an enterprise in the state is being given within a period of 72 hours. The unit is exempted from inspection for 1000 days from the date of receipt of acknowledgement.
